At Robert Michael Diamonds LLC, we are pleased to offer free UPS shipping on all domestic orders. Every package requires a signature upon delivery to ensure your jewelry reaches you securely. Our pieces are typically ready to ship based on availability noted on each product page.

In-Stock Items:

Select styles are available and ready to ship within 1 to 6 business days. Once prepared, your item will be shipped via UPS Ground at no additional cost.

• You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order is on its way.
• Please note: processing time may vary depending on the specific item and quality checks.

                                    Shipping Information & Requirements

• Signature Required: All deliveries must be signed for at the time of arrival.
• Valid Shipping Address: We ship only to physical residential or business addresses—P.O. Boxes are not accepted.
• No Address Changes: Once your order is placed, the shipping address cannot be altered for security reasons.
• Failed Delivery Attempts: UPS will attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. We’ll contact you to make further arrangements.
• Shipping Liability: Ownership and responsibility for the item transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to UPS.
• Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by weather, incorrect address details, or UPS-related issues beyond our control.
