We guarantee that all jewelry purchased from our website will be free from any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship upon delivery, and that the optical properties of our lab-grown diamonds will remain intact without fading or clouding over time.

Our diamonds and jewelry are crafted to the highest standards using only premium materials. Every piece undergoes a thorough inspection at both our factory and distribution facility before shipment.

We proudly offer a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty on all purchases, regardless of price or item type. This warranty begins from the date of purchase, is applicable only to Robert Michael Diamonds purchases, and is non-transferable.

While we stand by the quality of our products, the following issues are excluded from the Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty:

General wear and tear, scratching, trauma, loss of center stones, product loss, theft, or improper cleaning and storage.
Fading or discoloration of metals over time due to improper care (e.g., wearing jewelry in hot tubs or swimming pools, spraying perfume or chemicals directly on jewelry).
Normal wear of precious metals, particularly prongs, which may thin and become susceptible to opening, increasing the risk of a stone falling out. This is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Loss of a stone due to trauma or damage is not covered under the Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty.
The warranty will be void if the jewelry undergoes repairs or services from third-party retailers or service providers not affiliated with Robert Michael Diamonds or managed by Extend for Protection Plans sold by Robert Michael Diamonds.

If you encounter an issue with your purchase due to manufacturing defects, please reach out to our Customer Service team. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to send your jewelry back to us. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item to determine if the damage is covered under the Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty. If it is, we will either complete the necessary repairs or, at our discretion, replace the item at no additional charge and return it to you. If the damage is not covered, we will provide a price quote for the repair before any work is done. Once you approve the quote, we will collect payment for the repair and shipping, and return the item via standard ground shipping.

We highly recommend insuring your jewelry against loss, theft, catastrophic damage, or damage to your center stone, such as chipping, cracking, or breaking. While diamonds are incredibly durable, they are not invulnerable, and normal wear, especially on rings, can lead to damage.
